Real Dental Costs is an independent research project. This page explains, in line with the FTC's endorsement guidelines (16 CFR Part 255), how the site is funded.

Every affiliate link is tagged with rel="sponsored", and pages that carry them display a visible disclosure notice.

Programs we participate in

• Amazon Associates — As an Amazon Associate, Real Dental Costs earns from qualifying purchases.
• Dental savings plan & insurance programs — commissions on memberships or policies purchased through our links.

What commissions never change

• Our price figures come from named public sources (see our methodology) and are never edited to favor an advertiser.
• Our tools say "no" when a product doesn't pay off: our break-even calculator shows real losses where they exist.
• No dental provider, insurer, or manufacturer can pay to alter a price, a ranking, or a review.
